Alert Details:
* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall
continues.

* WHERE...A portion of central California, including the following
county, southeastern Lake.

* WHEN...Until 130 AM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1126 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain. This will cause small stream flooding.
Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
over the area this evening. This additional rain will
continue to result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Middletown, Clearlake, Seigler Springs, Ettawa Springs,
Anderson Springs, Whispering Pines, Forest Lake, Adams, Loch
Lomond, Hobergs, Hidden Valley Lake, Lower Lake and Cobb.

Information:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Areas Affected: Northern Lake County - Southern Lake County
 
Alert Details:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest California, including the following
areas, Northern Lake and Southern Lake.

* WHEN...Through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides
along roadways. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be
flooded. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.
Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are
possible. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood
with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- An additional 3 to 7 inches is expected to fall tonight
through Friday.
