* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central California, including the
following area, Mono County and western Nevada, including the
following area, Mineral and Southern Lyon Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM PDT this morning through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Increased monsoon moisture and training storm may produce
areas of flash flooding this afternoon.
