Ridge winds gusting up to 80 mph. * WHERE...Mono County. * WHEN...From Monday afternoon through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult, especially through mountain passes such as Sonora and Tioga passes. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes.
